Exclusive training, events, and trips designed for entrepreneurs

Exclusive Training

“Exclusive Training” isn’t the best term, because you’re not limited to one team’s sessions. You’re encouraged to join trainings from any team. This is intentional—it reinforces that we operate as a community, not isolated groups. If another team offers a session that interests you, you’re welcome to participate and learn from them.

We also offer in‑person training through HOTSPOT sessions, where successful agents travel to your area to teach their process. You’ll notice that while everyone has their own style, they all follow the same proven system because it’s consistent, measurable, and effective.

Events

There is a major annual convention every January, followed by additional events each quarter. These gatherings include small‑group workshops where you can sharpen your current skills or explore new areas of the business. For example, you might start with Final Expense and later decide to learn more about Estate Planning.

One of the biggest advantages of attending these events is the networking. You get to meet people who are already succeeding in the areas you want to grow. Their real‑world experience and guidance can accelerate your progress in ways that training alone cannot.

Trips

The company also offers incentive trips to help you set meaningful business goals. Last year’s trip was to Thailand; this year’s is to Portugal. These are all‑expense‑paid experiences (aside from personal spending) designed to reward hard work and remind you to enjoy the results of your effort. Hitting the milestones that qualify you for these trips usually means you’re also hitting your personal financial goals.

A Final Thought

It’s easy to focus on the financial side of this business—and yes, the income potential matters. But at the heart of what we do is service. We help families during both the best and the hardest moments of their lives. No amount of money replaces the comfort, guidance, and compassion you provide when someone loses a loved one. That impact stays with them forever.
